I have recently spent my time working on other projects in theatre and also doing a bit of film work! In April I played Edward Rochester in a stage adaptation of Jane Eyre, which was performed at the Gaeity Theatre, Isle of Man, as part of the Manx Amateur Drama Festival 2012. This was with Whole Hog Productions, ran by close friends and affiliates of Dead Meat!
I have also recently worked on a short film in Salisbury for University film and TV students. This opened up other contacts to do some TIE work with a Salisbury based theatre company. Initially it will involve performing new plays a t various festivals in summer and then possible schools work in the new year!
Finally I am currently back with Whole Hog to play a suicidal clown in an original writing called Funny Ha Ha. It's great to be working with Whole Hog once more and I look forward to seeing what we come up with during rehearsals!
But, I must mention that Owen and I are teaming up with a Dead Meat original, Prevenge, once more at the ODN Drama festival June. I love this production and always enjoy bringing my character, Sandra, to life. More details on the forthcoming meat page!
